She has worked in diverse, multicultural environments, supporting migrant and racialized communities, developed accessibility projects for groups with functional diversity, and has experience in designing, coordinating, and supporting initiatives focused on social inclusion and personal empowerment.
She believes in the power of education as a tool for personal and collective transformation, based on a respectful educational approach, peer learning, and a model where each person is the protagonist of their own learning process.
Her approach combines social commitment, a feminist perspective, and creativity, and she brings a sensitive and committed view of decolonialism and anti-racism, paying special attention to creating safe, accessible spaces that celebrate diversity.

Artistic and wizard
Ana Mula
I am a creator, artistic director, and performer.
My practice focuses on performative creation processes with young people and intergenerational groups, understanding art as a space for encounter, listening, and productive friction. I develop projects that bring together theatre, dance, and performance, adapting them to the social and cultural contexts in which they take place.
I am interested in creating working frameworks that encourage participation, the horizontal exchange of knowledge, and the collective construction of meaning through non-formal education.
From a critical perspective on representation and positionality, I develop methodologies that open pathways for shared research and collaborative inquiry.
My work seeks to create images and performative experiences that resist the logic of fast consumption and engage diverse audiences.
I am fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
